Craniosacral Therapy (CST) demonstrates the power of touch. It focuses on the cranial (head) and sacral (base of the spine), utilizing the whole spine through the dura mater tube, located in the spinal column area.
Hot Stone Therapy is the use of natural heated rocks to release tension and muscle. In addition, of hot stones promotes sleep, alleviates pain, reduces anxiety, and stress, increase metabolism, and increase circulation.
Trigger points, which is a localized area with increased nerve facilitation, resulting in hypertonicity of a muscular bundle with resulting pain patterns.
Your nervous system dominates your body. When your body is out of alignment it can contribute to poor health or function, including areas that are far removed from the spine itself.
Reflexology focuses on the hands and feet and uses the application of pressure in targeted spots on the hands and feet to affect other parts of the body. Karen will discover which areas of the body are out of balance.
Trigger point therapy focuses on the sensitive spots in muscle, called trigger points.
